Cache Logistics Trust to raise S$100m: "Cache also said it would use around S$37 million, equivalent to 37 per cent of the gross proceeds, to partially fund potential acquisitions of properties located in Australia, while around 60 per cent of the amount raised (S$60 million) will be used to partially or wholly repay debt. The remaining 3 per cent, or S$3 million will to pay the estimated fees and expenses to be incurred by Cache in connection with the private placement, it added."
